"Got interconnecting King & Deluxe Rooms for my family. Deserving of a 5star for the price point. Rooms and toilets were modern and clean, beds/pillows comfortable, just 10mins drive from the big Tunjungan Mall, Service staff attentive and polite. They went out of their way to search up massage parlours that we can go to since it is not available at hotel. Breakfast spread was good too. Our only grouse is that almost the whole bathroom gets wet due to the open concept shower area. Will certainly...

However, another guest checked in after me and I can heard the reception was asking him which type of room/ bed he wishes for, and I asked the reception who served me why that possible? He checked again and turned out 1 bed room still indeed available for me, I finally secured this. "Check in process was long, because hotel staff asked for hotel voucher, and there was no information about breakfast. The next morning, hotel staff informed guide that no breakfast included. They should have informed guide at the time of check in - so we could decide whether we had breakfast at the hotel or outside. Not Recommended to book this hotel online in the future, as there were a lot miscommunication occurred."
