"Most courteous, welcoming and personable staff. Helpful in toting our suitcases. Because of the train strike we travelled by coach which ended up being a 12-hour journey because of traffic delays. "Overall the hotel was good, it just has 1 major problem… there’s a lack of elevators. It’s a big hotel with only 2, so it’s very difficult to get in and out of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on the first floor, and definitely don’t stay there if you’re elderly and can’t take the stairs."

"Great property, clean and location is excellent for walking and transportation close to Paddington station. We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. Once luggage was in there was not much room to move but that’s London for you.. otherwise excellent !! "
