Room was a bit on the small side for 3 adults, but was manageable for the 2 nights we stayed. Note that there is NO lift, so suitcases need to be carried up multiple flights of stairs. Also, you can hear and feel the underground, but it's not too loud or disruptive. Really good walkable location to Paddington Station, tube station, public bus stops and Hop-On, Hop-Off bus stops.

The location is perfect - inbetween Regent's and Hyde Park and a few minutes away from Paddington Basin and station. The hotel is in need of renovation - we were on the 4th floor with steep stairs - breathless when we reached the room!! The room was small but clean and quiet.

Nice staff and hotell was clean and fresh. Sound traveled a bit through the door to the room but nothing overwhelming. I didn't try the breakfast but I saw that it was even possible to order it up as roomservice. Having a fridge in the room was amazing. All in all a nice place to stay. It might not be the highest in comfort but well worth it's price and location.

The breakfast was pretty good. It was buffet style. The rooms are small (which is pretty common in London, perhaps the whole UK). The rooms were a bit dated but they're giving it a fresh coat of paint (they were painting outside our room on checkout day). The super plus is that it was very close to Paddington Station
