We upgraded to a bigger room. Very comfy bed and great shower. The only thing I would have liked to have was a coffee pot and a place for breakfast in the hotel. Their restaurant was not opened during our visit. Staff was amazing helping us navigate around the town. Great location.

Good location ne Leicester Square , close to tube. Room and bathroom both clean. Sufficient space for the 2 of us to hang clothes. It was a very good overnight choice. Plenty of places for breakfast nearby next morning.

Great location. Was easy to walk with a big suitcase from Tottenham Court Road station. Aircon was good and already in when I arrived. Windowless room was fine. Security a bit lax - you can access any floor, and potentially people could just walk in off the street past reception. The rooftop bar that was advertised online is not operational. Basic housekeeping available upon request, with a full turnover service after four days

The bedding and towels were clean and it was a good location and that’s all I can say that was positive. The advert for this hotel was a complete miss sell for the parent hotel around the corner , this hotel was black on the outside with a pink seedy sign, the reception was black and dingy, they then wanted to charge £15 per bag to store and whilst we were there someone’s luggage was stolen. The rooms were decorated seedy as are the hallways in black and pink, and the beds have leather straps on them. It felt like a place of other happenings. There was a stocker by the bed saying , scan this barcode if u want to go into the rabbit hole.’ Honestly how seedy does that sound. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone unless u like other things and going down a rabbit hole !!

Booked a double room with 'a bit more space' the double was a 4' bed. No kettle or drink making facility. Didn't use roof restaurant. Self check in, easy. Unusually quiet room, could hear quiet rumbles from the tube, and sirons in street on 2nd floor facing front. Fully booked, clearly popular.

We arrived late due to fight issues, and had a hard time finding hotels there is no address number at entry. Finally found it, security helped with our check in, he was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and was what I expected, but AC kept shutting down, when I mentioned they had someone look at it right away and provide us with a breakfast voucher at restaurant. Staff were amazing, efficient, friendly and always willing to assist with concerns or directions. Yes, I would stay there again.
