"Pool amazing, location in bournemouth good. The staff were very nice and professional, particularly dining room Hotel itself tired looking and a little tatty. Only one cup for tea and coffee when there were 2 of us. Shampoo not replenished each day. "

"Great step in shower, comfortable king size bed with good bedding. Fridge fan and hairdryer in room with two waters. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"A lovely old property(150 years old) where they have kept some of the original features. I think it is due for an update in a few years but I hope they keep some of the original features. We stayed in the Coastguard cottages which were excellent but connected to the hotel with a covered walkway. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The evening meals were excellent although breakfasts were typical large hotel buffet style.i would still recommend it though."
