"The service was excellent. The buffet was delicious. Its only open for breakfast and dinner because the on site restaurants open for dinner. I would of preferred the buffet option for dinner to because i didn't feel like eating at one of the restaurants one evening after an excursion, so we ended up ordering room service, which was just as delicious. I would recommend this hotel and plan on going back when we plan our next vacation to Mexico"

"It was amazing service , staff were welcoming and helped out the best they could. We had unlimited food options and some reservations but it was fine because it was worth the wait. The place is safe and isolated for only the hotels located there which is perfect for not some much people at the beach. There tours offered at the hotel and we took one and it was amazing . Cleaning service were good just that they would come at different times every day. "
