"Location is great. Easy access to local transportation. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very clean , and we’ll keep up. This my second time staying here. It was my birthday and the hotel staff definitely made me feel special. They brought me a complimentary cake to my room to celebrate my birthday. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cancun. ❤️"

"The hotel is still brand new so there is certain sections that were not completed but it was not an issue. It still a beautiful place. Favorite parts was the rooftop pool and bar as well as the spa. The bartenders were amazing and friendly. The ladies at the spa were great as well"

"Todo bien, solo algunos detalles como el no poder llevar alimentos (snacks) a piscina ni playa. Los trastes del room service, se quedaron 4 días fuera de la habitación. Se tiene que hacer reservación para ir a los restaurantes, pero uno va con plan de descansar y de no hacer planes para la comida. creo que no hay necesidad de esa reserva, ya que los restaurantes no se llenaban. El personal amable, y es un lugar tranquilo y agradable. "

"We stayed at Dreams Natura on April 23-26 as a family with our toddler. We had a great time throughout our stay. Check-in: We were offered the ocean view as a VIP. They mentioned something about resort cash/coupon included with the VIP but it was all so unclear. It took a while for them to bring us to our room because there was a lack of communication between the staff. Room: We were in the 5th floor with an ocean view. "Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)"

"Standard, but enjoyable resort. Restaurants were generally pretty decent. I personally preferred Picante the most. The “club” was fun, but I felt as though the days closer to the weekend were generally more fun and engaging in terms of entertainment. Overall a good place to stay with excellent staff and service.
