"The room was being cleaned as we arrived and not deep cleaning. The staff didn’t speak any English so it was hard to discuss anything. The water didn’t work at all during our trip and we let them know at 8:30 pm and didn’t have water until morning. One of the beds didn’t have any covers. We put a complaint in and never heard back. The place is beautiful and great location. "

"We have several leaks in our hotel one by the bed and one out the bathroom door. We reported it nothing was done no commendations. Nothing. They just put down a towel to catch the leaking water. Shame !"

"Towels was not able to pick up till 9 am, not able to change wet to dry one during a day, because the quantity is limited Poor quality shows/entertainment. Power outage almost every day WiFi in room doesn't work, not able to connect"

"Had a lovely stay for a wedding. Within steps of Ocean World. Merlin and Deyanira were extremely nice and a highlight of our stay."

"The room is clean and the host is eager to provide service. Location wise, it is not close to city center or tourist attractions. There is one restaurant that you can order take out. All in all, it's good value for the money."

"It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

"No no no!!!!These shameful people.They said property would not be ready until 6pm.They send someone to get me by630.Yhey took CB me to an entirely different location.They said I only need be there for one night until my orringal place was ready. There was no hot water and no AC.I refused to stay,, the ask e for cab.. Because I did not stay at this substitute they then said I could not stayyvbh"

"This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! "

"Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people"
