"I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately my experience was not good. The amenities need significant improvement. The room was not properly cleaned—housekeeping should do a much better job. The mattress had multiple covers, but once I removed them, I noticed visible stains, which is completely unacceptable. Another issue was the hallway lighting. The lights stayed on all night and were extremely bright, making it very difficult to sleep. Based on my experience, I would not stay here...

"The bathroom could really use some updating. The paint in the tub was coming up. No water pressure. The sliding door kept coming off the track. Thank goodness for my husband bc I wouldn’t be able to fix it everytime we went outside. The food looked like it had set under a heat lamp for hours. The sausage was like a hockey puck. "Room was good and had a pool for the kids that was safe because the lady only unlocked it when an adult was present, but I saw a roach I will not be going back I hope that when I get home I don’t see any in my luggage! Friendly staff though. Just kind of dirty. "

"We wanted to stay somewhere close to Epic Universe as this was our first visit to the park. The biggest perks for us for our hotel stay was location and a pool. I knew there was a lot of amenities at this particular hotel, I kind of skimmed over everything and was pleased with what I saw. As soon as we drove through the front gate, everything was beyond perfect. We were immediately greeted by the valet staff who got us a luggage cart. "The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back."
