"Beautiful hotel and loved the convenience of being at the mall. I Uber'd from MCO to the hotel. A shuttle would be a nice perk. Teens enjoyed it also along with the pool. Easy transportation pick up to the cruise terminal."

"Honestly, if you are looking for a cheap, clean place to stay this will do. Its under construction, im sure it will be amazing once done. Our room was old, slightly falling apart and loud to the noises next door, i failed to sleep night 2. The bed was hard. Breakfast was weird. But I felt safe. The workers were very nice."

"For staying just for one night, literally just walk in to sleep and wake up get ready and go, it was ok. A couple of things I did not like are that there was some kind of leak that kept a puddle of water under the sink. I had to walk barefoot because otherwise I’d drag the wet all over the room but the floor was so filthy that three steps around the room and my feet were BLACK. I had to wash my feet several times. House keeping should do a better job at cleaning the floors."

"The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so very friendly. The prices basically reflect the property maintenance. The building is very outdated. Yeah it is clean and has no bug so we didn't complain too much. He definitely could be cleaner as there are a lot of wear and tear and proof of how old and in need an update is. The air conditioning was terrible. The hallways were way colder than the room we woke up sweaty. It is conveniently located. The hot tub is still in so the pool even though...

"Prison ward or psych ward type facility. Do not recommend unless you looking for a halfway house rule book with the rates. And half the air conditioners don’t work in Florida in the summer. Lucy turned up the heat fo sho."

"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN THIS PLACE IS A RAT MOTEL HOOK BAIT AND SWITCH THE PLACE WAS FILTHY AND IN A NASTY GHETTO AREA AS WELL I DID NOT SEE A SWIMMING POOL HOMELESS PEOPLE WERE THERE I BECAME PHYSICALLY ILL I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK EITHER I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN @KURT ON THE EXPEDIA TEAM YOU WILL ANSWER TO GOD FOR YOUR LIES AND THIEVERY!!!"

"Very friendly staff! Linens were very clean Moldy shower curtain Terrible stain in the toilet A few bugs present Sticky floor Window curtain too short, passersby could look into the room and it let the sunlight shine into the room Elevator looked like a crime scene"
