"I checked in two nights ago and the kind front desk lady was very welcoming and explained everything perfectly. I asked for a high floor and they truly did their best to accommodate me. The cleanliness was 10/10, the room was reaaally well equipped, quite spacious and the bed was really comfy. This was my first time visiting London and I couldn’t have had a more welcoming stay. "The room was small and felt a bit congested, but it was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were courteous and efficient, with Rony being especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also has the advantage of not requiring parking, which was convenient for our stay. Overall, it is a good place to stay, particularly if you are looking for a convenient location with friendly service and an excellent breakfast."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "Placed within 5 minutes of Cutty Sark DLR and within view of Greenwich village, it's perfectly positioned. I used this as a crash pad for a hectic weekend and didn't partake in food but if you don't want to eat there, your choices locally are unlimited. My room (2nd floor) overlooking the car park was a little small. Sideways sitting on the toilet was preferred and there was no seating space other than a hard chair. "The bathroom, bin had not been emptied when I got there. Had the room even been cleaned? I just used the bedroom bin instead. However, on the second day there was a small leak from the corner of the loo. It looked like it had happened before, due to a bit of mould on the sealant from the same place. I reported it then (am) to a woman on reception who said she would refer it to maintenance. I got back to the room at about 11pm (expecting it fixed), there had been no attempt to fix the leak....
