"The little apartment was so cute and clean! They even had little surprises for us in the fridge. The place was well located, and I would most definitely choose them again for my European travels. I loved having a high-quality coffee experience, too. They had a well-stocked Nespresso machine, which was a welcome sight after such a long trip from the US."

"Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They took great care of us and were very helpful. It is in a great location in Florance! One note - the elevator starts at the 2nd floor, so you do have to walk up one flight of stairs. It was not a big deal for us, but it could be for others."

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"Not what it promises to be… The lobby is on the second floor. No one greets you. You arrive with luggage and either squeeze into a tiny elevator or climb four flights of stairs. That is the first impression. We stayed in two rooms so I have enough to give a real opinion. The Queen Suite- was spacious and partially beautiful. That is where the positives end. The shower was dark, moldy, and smelled of humidity so strongly I felt sick standing in it. A brick in the bathroom had broken and instead...
