The staff are very attentive and will go above and beyond for you! The dining, the rooms, the restaurants - we could not fault a thing. "The room was nice, a little out dated but clean. We got a partial sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and had some cook to order food items. The bar had a happy hour. However there was only one beer included in the offer, which was more expensive beer, Carlsburg Elephant. "3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good."

"The first room we were offered was absolutely diabolical, it didn't even have a window and smelled of paint! Fair play to the hotel they did change us to a room that was marginally better for no additional cost but if we were staying there for any longer than one night I would've moved to a different hotel. English health and safety would 100% have the hotel condemned, there is zero fire escapes and god forbid there is a fire in the building, I doubt there would be any survivors!"
