"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

These days, too many hotels of this calibre tend to cater primarily to a business clientele and disappoint in terms of quality of breakfast, gym facilities, and overall hospitality. It was reassuring to see Oberoi being an excepetion to this trend. "

"We had a great stay at President, Mumbai and would definitely recommend it. The staff provided excellent service — everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. We really enjoyed our king room with an ocean view. It was comfortable, clean, and the view made it extra special. The location isn’t the best for shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so we used Uber to get around most of the time. It was easy enough, though. Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from local tips to quick arrangements. Their warm approach really adds to the experience. The location is a huge plus. You’re close to transport links, shops, and plenty of food options, making it easy to explore different parts of Mumbai while still having a quiet, comfortable place to return to. Overall, Hotel Ozone Inn is a solid choice if you want a reliable, pleasant, and well‑run stay in Mumbai. Great hospitality and great value. "

"I had one of the better rooms and more expensive in a very poor hotel. Involved two flights of steep stairs before an old lift. Shower was a wall outlet, no surround. I could not recommend."
