"Magnifique hôtel. Nous avons testé le service “ concierge”. Il a résolut nos problèmes de billets d avions en appelant plusieurs fois l Europe, sans frais pour nous. Nous avons demandé deux espresso en chambre, on nous à installé une machine Nespresso avec capsules à volonté. Le breakfast est TOP ! Le repas dans restaurant TOP ! Les employés ont le sourire. Le fitness est moderne avec Patrick le coach qui donne de super conseils. Service limousine pour l aéroport. Sauna, aman, piscine… literie...

"Like other Fairmont properties, the Norfolk did not disappoint. Excellent service and a breakfast buffet that will blow your mind. The staff are well trained and helpful. The hotel courtyard is beautifully manicured and serene. Suggestions: The room I was in could use a little updating, older TV with limited channels. The equipment in the gym needs refreshing and a deep clean (the gym is still better than most hotels, but I've stayed at many Fairmont Hotels and this one is not up to Fairmont...

"The hotel is in a very good location for walking into the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is situated in spacious grounds with a very well maintained gardens , ample car parking and a large clean pool . The staff were all very friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face . The rooms are very clean and there are various eating places to enjoy a really extensive menu with great dishes . The prices are also very reasonable for a top hotel and the sports bar was efficiently...
