Forest Park Hotel

"The hotel is still undergoing their renovations. The outside construction did not impact our stay at all. No noise issues. The renovated room was perfect. The part that was most troublesome was that the elevator was still being renovated in our building. The main building elevator only took you up 1 floor and then we had to carry all of our bags up a flight a stairs and a very lengthy walk to the room. There are plenty of staff willing to assist however. Rooms were clean. Their amenities are also not available yet, so if you are looking to use a pool, fitness center, or a restaurant, you will need to go to the sister property. We tried to go to the restaurant next door and we were turned away as they were reservation only. While this did make for a frustrating 1st few hours in town, this did not impact the rest of our stay at all. The property really was convenient and the town of Jasper was wonderful. I really would recommend this hotel, as long as you go into it having done your research."

"Loved the comfortable cabin. Great food. Staff was wonderful, answered so many of our questions. Loved being between Jasper and Banff."
Lobstick Lodge

"We had struggled to find accommodation in Jasper so when availability appeared for the Lobstick Lodge we grabbed it. It’s a fairly short walk to the main part of Jasper (useful as Parking in Jasper can be a problem). The room was a bit warm when we arrived but it was possible to open windows, which had insect grills on them so that was sorted. All in all it’s an OK place to stay in Jasper with free car parking."

"5 STARS!! This place is beautiful and you will not be disappointed. Sadly we only stayed one night passing through but wish we could have stayed longer to experience more of the resort. They have so much to offer. We had a giant elk right out our back door the evening we arrived. Be sure to stay a few days and explore the grounds."

"I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and roomy. Our family used the pool and hot tub and it too was spotless. There is a Starbucks is beside hotel and many restaurants within walking distance. 10/10"
