"This hotel fits our needs exactly, having the mini kitchen and laundry in room was so convenient while traveling with my son. the staff here was so helpful and friendly. our japanese language skills are limited. one morning my phone wasn’t working and one of the staff called me a taxi and walked outside to speak to the driver for us to ensure we were dropped off at the right spot at the train station. thank you!"

"Very friendly reception staff.. They have new towels and toiletries everyday. 5 mins walk to the nearest train station. Close to convenience stores, cafe's and restaurants. Clean and tidy smoke-free rooms. Highly recommended."

"This is a great hotel. All of the front desk staff can speak English and they're all super helpful. One girl helped me break a 5000 yen bill with change from her own wallet because they had just shut down the front desk at 10 pm and their petty cash drawer was already closed but she happily helped me and I was thankful because I really needed to do laundry that night. Speaking of laundry, they have 5 or 6 washing machines and an equal number of dryers available 24 hours. Hotel conveniently...

"This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Tokyo. It was quiet, clean and located close to the train. There are lots of local restaurants, a 7-11 just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with washer/dryer, mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping and living space. Highly recommend"

"The location is convenient for travel, being close to Akihabara Station and Asakusabashi Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and clean. It is highly recommended."

"This apartment style hotel was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Plenty of space to open 3 large suitcases. The balcony offered a nice place to relax (although it was very hot outside during our stay). Hotel is located close to trains and food and shopping. Located in a quiet safw neighborhood. We fekt comfortable outaide at all times of the day and night. Staff was extrwmely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo"
