"The reception staff’s attitude was not good at all. They were not helpful, and even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time. They don’t answer you or even pay attention to you. The whole process is very unorganized. They don’t explain the hotel’s program or activities, and the swimming pool closes very early."

"A nice big hotel with many pools and water slides. Lots of places to sit around the pool. There is also a beach. The property is clean and the staff work hard to maintain it. The room was perfectly fine. The staff were good, although there is quite a lot of pressure to tip which I found annoying and uncomfortable. "Hôtel contemporain avec une déco très sympa. Personnel très serviable. Nous avions choisi de ne prendre que le petit déjeuner donc bracelet blanc, en vue de partir en escapade la journée et de dîner dans différents endroits. Erreur fatale ! Il n’y a pas grand chose de sympa pour dîner aux alentours à part Mc Do/KFC et autres kebab. Nous avons donc essayer de tester les restaurants de l’hôtel mais ceux-ci sont réservés aux All Inclusive, bracelets noirs. Cela a été un problème chaque soir !!!...

"We had some problems in the start. the network didn’t work, neither did the TV. But we got a lot of help from the restaurant manager Ahmed. He went out of his way to make us satisfied. He followed us to the beach and paid our taxi and always checked in on us. 5 stars for Ahmed"
