Hotel Mewah di Alabang

"Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good. Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready."

"the staff are very helpful and friendly. Our Mom was lost in the elevator and we got the assistance we needed."

"staff are very friendly and remember your name especially for the 2nd stay. More quiet good for business visitor, a bit far from malls."

"Clean, modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a beautiful space. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The gym has a good view of the pool."

"Nice hotel will come back"

"The downside is that in the room we rented, 528, the flooring was peeling off and the refrigerator was not working even after I called for service. The food is great, and the service at the restaurant is excellent. It is a bit pricey, maybe because it is a Marriott. I loved the taho concept in the restaurant, and I appreciated the security service, as you really feel safe inside the hotel. I also liked the motorized shower curtain. I highly recommend the Manila Marriott Hotel and Newport World...

"I went to the Conrad manila and had a great stay other than some issues i ran into along the way the staff were very poli8te and friendly and overall helpful except he hotel on the outside was very dirty the inside was clean but the bridge to the MOA was closed which did hinder easy access and the spa looked very nice but it was hard to get an appointment while they did offer walk ins i did not get a massage due to the poor timing i thought it would be easier to be able to get a massage i also...

"The whole bathroom floor flooded when taking a shower. Almost slipped and fell getting out of the the shower. The staff like to ask questions and get into personal business and make assumptions about people that are incorrect, very rude and very judgmental. After checking in. They didn’t even let me know where the breakfast was available in the morning time not a very helpful staff."

"Front desk and all the hotel staff is top notch! Hotel is great! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"From arrival to departure to the hotel. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Greet everyone with respect."
