"Very clean and very helpful in arranging transportation. Thermostat only allowed heat and we had to open a window to cool the room down. "

"This was my second time staying here. The motel is in a good location, only about 15 mins from the Alyeska ski resort. Rooms was clean and warm (I stayed in March), and I would say quiet but when you have "horses" staying next door, you here their jumping and kicking and drumming... There was coffee, tea and teamaker, microwave and fridge in the room. Checking was quick and simple. I received an sms with the details and all went well. I like the large eagle statue outside the motel."

"Tryed to check in nobody at front desk. The hotel didn't look clean. With no help canceled reservation. Friends booked a different hotel for us. I would like money back."

"If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go. Listing says that there is a city view but what you are looking out to is a body shop for cars. Also the cost of this hotel is way over priced. We stayed at a...
