"The “ city view “ is blocked by trees ! The property itself is very beautiful but you’re not coming to Lisbon to stay in your room ! With that being said stay closer to baxia as the place was super far from everything and the food was not good at all"

"Warm welcome, all staff helpful and accommodating. Rooms spotless, if one reads QR codes then amenities may be OK, if not then no instructions for coffee pod machine, TV, room service, minibar. Slow service in restaurant but food good and decent amounts. Restricted hours of pool opening hours."

"We loved this hotel! Right in the middle of everything. Beautiful rooms, good restaurant and walking distance to shopping and sight seeing. We’re already planning a trip back. Staff were very kind to us when we showed up hungry and exhausted. They booked a table at the restaurant and got us to our rooms very quickly."

"I booked on Expedia, and hotel said I wouldn't get loyalty points and couldn't use any of my loyalty benefits. Then, did not have a roll away bed. Then, had a pillow menu, but didn't have any memory foam pillows. Then safe was locked and not usable. Not very professional at all."
