"My biggest complaint was the elevator. We stayed on the 20th floor. One elevator goes from the lobby to the 17th, another goes from 17-20. The two days we were there the elevator for 17-20 broke down for hours. We had to shlep our bags down 3 floors of double landing stairs the morning we left. "
"The staff was the absolute best! Room was clean but no outlets in the bathroom where needed the most. The dinner was fair.. pasta a bit cold but the band in the lounge, The Iguanas was fabulous… I can’t say enough good things about the staff… helpful, funny and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars but for the room . Hopefully the rooms will be renovated soon…"
"Temperature in room was hard to regulate
All staff were very friendly
Elevators always arrived quickly
Live music in bar was way too loud; bar tenders were friendly"
"This hotel is perfectly located right around the corner from all the action on Bourbon St. Easy walking to Canal St & Jackson Square. It has multiple courtyards, private balconies and a great little bar, giving it that old N'Orleans charm. Staff very friendly and helpful, just ask for Hope - she will take of everything! We would stay here again."
The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. The staff was amazing and always helpful. We did eat at the hotel, but all of our drivers said the hotel had amazing food and the bar was highly recommended. I would definitely stay for more days if my pockets could afford it in this economy. 😅"
