Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. "Room was new so was nice , but was sold to me as air conditioning but was given a fan Which u couldn’t even fell the air coming from it , the room was boiling . No TV areal and couldn’t connect TV to pub wi fi , uses loads of my own Data . Noisy awful singing from the bar downstairs till 2 am , then fighting on the sea front at 4.30 am . Just all in all the worst night we have stayed away"

"Working in the area, thats why i booked it as was cheaper then where i usually stay each week for this week. Everything has gone up as its summer. Very clean, modern. Amazing coffee facilities! Will book again if still cheaper then the ones I usually use."

"This hotel was a nice surprise, a hidden Gem on the south coast. We would normally stay at the Goodwood Hotel, however, we booked this hotel for its location and the size of the accommodation. Nice staff, good breakfast, and stone baked pizza which pleased my daughter. It needs some attention to detail, as its a little old and tired in places."

It was better than I expected from photo, a spacious room with a 4-poster bed, the bathroom had a bath and a walk-in shower. Although no air-con, there was a large fan and we slept well.
