Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room But none was available ! My friend stayed in another room..also dirty ..room was never cleaned .and the soap containers were empty! Not an experience to repeat."

"The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room. The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. We had booked...

"Hotel rooms have no air conditioning. In the summer, don’t bother with sea view rooms as you’ll need the curtains pulled shut to stop the rooms overheating."

"Staying at the Numa is a real pain, which is a shame because the place, location and rooms are very good. It’s a digital check in and you need their website and then their App and then both SMS and WhatsApp and then your ID. When you get your code it is only valid for 3 minutes???? Your access PIN is 5 numbers. They could have made it worse but probably stopped after making it such a performance. You probably need about a hour to go through all their hoops. Don’t stay in Room 108. It overlooks...
