"Yes. Parking - why a fee to park?????? - Why not just a slip with legit number provided by the hotel that reaffirms you are a quest? Am I paying for the security of the parking area - please!!!! I did not see anyone go out and check the premisses for vagrants nor people breaking into the cars and again I say if you are so greedy to make a dollar - make sure you post someone outside for safety sake. By the way if a car is broken into does the hotel have insurance to cover the cost of stolen...

"Incredibly sweet and welcoming front desk staff, comfortable and clean room, great amenities including a gym stocked with everything you need to work out, and limitless free water and coffee 24/7. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"Room with kitchen and room to stretch out. Nice and clean when arrived. Somewhat limited in dishes."

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music...

"Great location in Brookline. Easy walk/short Uber ride to great restaurants and coffee shops. "

"The place was spacious, clean, quiet , and conveniently located, near to supermarkets and public transport. We stay for Boston marathon 5 nigths so price was much higher than normal, this means that even it was a good place to stay , it was very expensive. We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue."

"Despite looking like something out of a MC Escher starting, this hotel is comfortable, and the lack of external windows on the lower levels makes each room dark and perfect for a good night's sleep. "We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "It was nice having a suite for extra room during our stay but the hotel is located in a "weird" spot and you have to walk a couple blocks across the river to find food (or anything else) if you're not eating at the hotel. I honestly wouldn't stay here again because of its location. Luckily we weren't there in the middle of winter, but it was still cold end of April walking to the nearest restaurant. "This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again."
