"The room was in good condition, but things were old, but it was clean and it was comfortable. Had a nice fireplace. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was OK. Dinner was all right. Breakfast was fine however, the hotel is located in a very remote area and to get there, we had to travel on a very steep narrow curvy road that took us a very long time and then as we made the turn to get to the hotel, the road was unpaved and filled with potholes and really craters, and the 4 miles...

"We were unfortunately only there for one night but the property and the staff were delightful and even brought us boxed breakfasts at 3 AM before an early flight out. The property is remarkable with several pools, trails, and views. Worth the price of admission for that alone, but the staff knows what they are doing."

"Staff met you at the front, Spanish-speaking only but super nice. The room was fantastic when we stayed. It was a little bit colder so there was a space heater. There’s a menu in the room for options for meals. We didn’t partake in any of this, but it was great to know that we had a food available if needed. "Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so...

"We stayed in a shipping container! It wasn't a real room. It was cold. They provided us with 2 noisy space heaters that didn't heat enough. Sheets and blankets felt itchy. We couldn't sleep much. Staff was nice. Location and view were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. I don't recommend to stay there if you are hoping for a nice comfortable stay. "
