"Perfect hotel to take advantage of this great city. The staff was always friendly, valet parking is below the building with free EV charging (slow, but free). Rooms were clean and spacious, they do a meet and greet wine and cheese event as well as milk and cookies later on. Bathrooms were a nice size but water pressure was kind of low. "We were disappointed for a $500+ per night hotel. Mold in the shower, poop from the previous guest on the toilet. No turn down service that was advertised. Staff was very nice and the complimentary wine and snack hour in the afternoon was appreciated. But overall, not up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel."
