Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling.
