"Spotless room, comfortable beds and an exceptional breakfast"

"Everything at the hotel costs extra—a morning trip to the airport was 20 euros. I went to drop off my rental car and had to walk back. The place is called a "restaurant," but the food doesn't meet Italian standards at all. I asked for a wake-up call, but no one did it. There isn't even a service to help carry a guest's luggage—you have to do everything yourself. All in all, I am not happy with the hotel."

"My friend and I had an incredibly excellent experience at this sweet little, conveniently located to the airport hotel. We finished a cruise and decided to stay one extra day to explore Venice. The hotel host was amazing and helped us out with the bus as well as a taxi getting back to the airport. Our room was clean, crisp and wonderful. Highly recommend."

"Very convenient location for a bus ride into Venice, and quick access to the airport. Quiet, secluded location with lots of open space that was quite relaxing after the hustle and bustle of Venice. The rooms were clean/well thought out, the staff was friendly/accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing!"

"Stayed overnight before flying back to Canada. Good hotel located right beside a rail station and with a free airport shuttle - a rarity in the Venice area. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and the morning breakfast was fantastic!"

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. The temperature setting throughout the night was very warm. Housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job. Lighting in the room and bathroom was very limited with several lights burned out."

"I reserved a room with a Venice view, and I'm glad I did. The room was large, with a glass partition between the shower and the bedroom. With the large window beyond, it made the mood quite special. Everything was lovely and clean, but... the mattress was terrible--memory foam so lumpy, it should have been replaced long ago, along with the four pillows that, conversely, were like rocks. I did not sleep well. If the bed had been comfortable, I would have loved everything about this hotel. I had a...

"It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned "

"This was a fabulous place for us to stay. It was close to the train and airport. The rooms were clean and welcoming. We opted for the breakfast before we began a long trek home and the breakfast was the perfect start we needed before our driver (arranged by the B&B office) arrived. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay."
