"The staff here were awesome. After the concert there was karaoke in the bistro- what a crowd pleaser! Room was clean and we requested an end room which was granted!"

"The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy! Dirty, dusty…when pulling the shade down, exposed to black mold all along the side of the shade, and the bathroom molding/shower -moldy! Complained to front desk immediately. We were assigned to another room which was way cleaner, but to only be awakened during the night several times by RUDE LOUD DISRESPECTFUL YELLING PEOPLE in the next room. Totally unacceptable! Again front desk handled it. Always check your room before settling in!"

"The "pet room" i was given was right in front of the elevator. That meant it was very noisy and i was up much if the night keeping my dog quiet because of the noise. I raised this issue with staff before i moved in and was told pets had to be in that room. I think if I'm willing to pay a $75 pet fee, i should at least get a quieter area so i can rest."

"Thought the area was super convenient and had plenty around to do and see. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Checked in right at 3p and there was no one there but come around 4-4:30p when the restaurant opens it was full. Didn’t eat there but must be good with how many people were there just to eat. For a night or 2 I would definitely stay again and you can’t beat the price either. "

"Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids."
