"We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at Hotel de Ricci. Everything was pristine, rooms were beautiful, well stocked with amenities, amazing and kind staff, and yummy breakfast. We especially appreciated how patient and helpful the staff were with our tired 3 year old who had a couple of meltdowns. Your kindness was very appreciated. "

The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, it was exactly what we needed and more! This was a gem! "This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. I arrived to check in after 4pm, only to find the doors locked. Apparently, the front desk is only open from 8am–4pm, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel and, more importantly, not clearly stated anywhere in the booking description. There was no warning that arriving later would leave you locked out. To make things worse, the property is nearly impossible to find at night. There is no proper signage, just a small, unlit...

"Passepartout is not a place to stay for older people. The elevator stops between floors (it's an old building), so some stairs are necessary. There are no grab bars in the bathroom. The staff are excellent, and the neighborhood is great, with good restaurants nearby. Reception hours are limited to 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM. It is more a guest house than a hotel."

Nice quiet property and we were welcomed by two lovely ladies who even walked us to our room. Hotel was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Think we got the last room which I believe was the wheelchair accessible room. Was clean but nothing fancy for sure. Booked for proximity and the free breakfast but we seem to be an inconvenience to all...

The first day and night was a little rough because we were exhausted and we had a hard time resting because of chairs moving around constantly on top of us. Also I room was right next to the reception so that was a little loud , too. But, with our phone fan app we were able to at least drown out the reception noise. The second night was much quieter!! "We had a great stay - spacious and clean room. Our room was in a building a short walk from the main hotel. Access to the rooftop was a great plus, there were excellent views. The location was great, though the square is lively late at night, which you can hear a bit in the rooms. "
