"Agree with the reviews that say this seems like a 5 star hotel. Junior suite with balcony was great and the staff was very helpful arranging a car to the airport when our flight was moved. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and 30 minute walk to Vatican, lots of restaurant options near by. "

"Room was clean, and breakfast was great. Kimberly was very helpful and made sure we had a breakfast bag for our early flight on our last day. Rooftop was beautiful. Location was perfect-walking to city locations was easy and never without options for delicious food in Trastevere. I would return back there again without hesitation. "

"This property is located in the heart of Trastevere. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was sufficient. Just note that this is not a typical hotel but an apartment and so the front desk is only available at certain times of the day. Any assistance beyond that hours is promptly addressed via WhatsApp."

"We experienced a fantastic stay at Residenza Gens Julia. Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent."

"Typical CitizenM experience with subtle improvements. The bathrooms were larger at this location. The bed was oriented with the opening at the foot instead of a side so no climbing over your mate. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Pleasant stay. "

"The suite was spacious and overlooked the piazza. The room in beautiful. However, unfortunately the first night the downstairs restaurant music and crowd was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep.
