"Good: nice property, loves the access to the train and parking. Pool was nice, just ended up being too cold. Staff was friendly. Loved Eataly our first night.
Needs work: the checkout kiosks wouldn’t work. I tried it a few ways. Just ended up leaving w/o checking out. The elevators had some kind of mechanical issue 2 of our 4 days. The breakfast was ok but service was slow- others got food way before us."
