Bathroom is a 3 inch step up from the bedroom so tripped multiple times. Breakfast vouchers for everyone creates a very crowded experience in a small space in the morning."

"Perhaps it was my oversight, but I had no recollection of reading anything about an amenity fee. So I was quite taken aback to learn upon arrival there was a roughly $30 amenity fee that would also be charged, to use their water, tea, etc. I am a bit confused, as isn't this what the cost of a room is meant to cover?
