"Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant."

"This is a very unique place to stay. We had a room with a pool, it was very nice. It kept raining, and the roof leaks, not good. Hotel food is quite expensive, and not close to anything else to walk to, which would be my main dislike, however the staff was wonderful and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and drink. They did a great job of responding though WhatsApp when I had a question and hooked us up with a great taxi driver. If you want something a little more rustic this place is perfect."

"We stayed for 4 nights in the presidential suite. It was amazing, we used the private rooftop pool and the main public pool tons and really enjoyed both of them. The room is exactly as described and the bed was super comfy. The property was very small and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff was super helpful with any questions we had, they also helped us book a Cenote tour with a discount. The restaurant right outside the hotel is also amazing and there is an oxxo right next door aswell. Would highly recommend this property! We plan to stay here again."

"Overall, the property was good, and the rooms surrounded by the jungle were amazing. I did notice a few things that could be improved. In the restroom, there were small insects that looked like roaches hiding between the tiles. There were also many mosquitoes and other insects around the paths to the rooms, and we were bitten by something other than mosquitoes. I understand that insects are part of the local environment, but better pest control and attention to the walkways would make getting to the rooms more comfortable. The food was okay, but the buffet options were limited and seemed to repeat in different locations each day. Only a few dishes had much flavor. Also, only one pool was open during our stay because the other was under construction. I’d be interested in returning once the second pool is repaired and giving the property another try."

"I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad"
