"My daughter and I stayed here for a week for a much needed vacation. The bungalows were cozy and the beaches were beautiful. Great location too. The food at the restaurant was decent. "Ein kleines Stück vom Paradies! Tolle ruhige Lage, langer Sandstrand, leckere Früchte zum Frühstück, Sternenhimmel über der offenen Dusche und von der Cabana Josefa Arriba ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang! Das Meer war warm & trotz einiger Wellen gut zum schwimmen ( dazu war der Pool zu klein). Personal sehr freundlich - wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Danke! "

"This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped."

"Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

"New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!"

"My stay was wonderful! The staff were WONDERFUL and extremely professional. Perfect location inside the Tulum National Park. I traveled there solo for some RnR and felt very safe in the park. I went on regular walks by myself throughout the day. The hotel itself is VERY quiet and beautiful scenery. I ate all my meals at the hotel. Food is AMAZING!
