"From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and local produce. Final evening we had a lovely meal which coincided with my husbands birthday, the dessert came out...

"The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that there was insufficient drawer space in the room for clothes, which is why the rating is four stars rather than five."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "

"Rooms are dated Charge 10 pounds per person for Spa/pool yet not clearly detailed on any website! First room bathroom had a leak and second room door wouldn’t close! Staff not very interested!!"

"The most lovely inn! We stayed 3 nights to explore the Cotswolds - we were so lucky to find the Colesbourne. The staff, food, atmosphere and our room were absolutely top notch! We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back again! "

"Great location for exploring Burford. Hotel rooms are lovely but some areas a little tired. Unfortunately we had slightly louder guests above our room and footsteps/talking can be heard pretty clearly. Other than that the food was lovely in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and staff very friendly and welcoming. "
