Not only is it luxurious and friendly, but you'll find at least 5 taxis by it at any time (a definite plus when certain Metro lines are being repaired). "We had several issues during our stay. Two burners on the stove were not working, and the microwave was locked; I had to unplug it from the wall to reset it. The bathroom sink and the bathtub drain were clogged, so I had to call for maintenance to have them cleared. There was also a lot of noise in the hallways at night."

"Nice location, except that when Mr. President decides to come out, H street is the first one to get traffic control, ie, blocked., Hotel entrance needs a better sign. The only real problem is that room service is not responding to request really well and it does take some efforts to get sets of clean towels."

"Loved the hotel. Would've preferred a room facing the roof on 2nd floor. Not a nice esthetic but appreciated facing the front street Room was very nice and spacious. Only real issue is we couldn't control the AC/Heat. They had to.bring us a space heater. Wish I knew that upfront so I didn't come back to a cold room when it was 50 degrees outside and raining. Otherwise would definitely book again."

We also didn't visit the hotel bar, experience its food, or use its gym. The hotel mentions it has Pelotons but the rest of their equipment is bare minimum in terms of strength machines and free weights.
