"My experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s lukewarm attitude and lack of enthusiasm did not create a welcoming first impression. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional. After informing her that I was checking in, she asked what time I had booked the hotel. "The hotel really excelld in everything; the suites were clean and were attended for cleaning everyday of the week. Staff were just lovely and very helpful, they try their best to make you feel at home and are always there to help you. The location of the property is superb with nearly everything within reach including restaurants, shopping, groceries, electronics and computers. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel."

"My stay was to be 2 days . Air condition didn't work in the first room after one hour maintenance showed up. After 30 minutes it stopped working. Moved to another room which was on the front of the hotel and the traffic was horrendous, the noise was crazy and I was not able to sleep I left early and checked out the day early. No refund was given. Management called and offered me one free night that would expire in 90 days. I consider that the one day that I already paid for. Management...

"The room was very small, i booked a double room got a single room, when i questioned they asked me to pay extra for double, A basic room no hairdryer, or shampoo, how can a double room comes with just one towel. I was very disappointed with room, I won’t go back there."

"I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out. I then was asked to move to another room, but the room I was moved to was the only one available which was a smaller room, and it too had the same foul...

"there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself."
