"It was a distance from the popular things in St. Augustine, but I have never stayed at a Hotel that was that nice in many areas. The staff was extremely nice giving me advice on St. Augustine things.
The room was perfect and very comfortable. Deb from Housekeeping was also very respectful of all our things in the room as she made sure we had everything we needed.
I'll admit the breakfast can definitely be improved, but 95% of our stay was absolutely fantastic!
I truly didn't want to leave for...
"No continental breakfast on Saturday and while out with my family when we got back house cleaning never picked up the used towels and bought us new ones to where my daughter had to go get clean towels "
"The staff is friendly, good customer service, Indoor pool is nice and full free buffet in the morning. The omelet station was the best. Theo did his thing. I hate I missed it on my last day bc the hours change during the week. The room was fine. Room service was okay but too high. The Cajun pasta was really good. The room I requested was not
available but to my surprise, an atrium room was not that bad. They do have complimentary drinks but the line was too long for me. "
