Hotel murah di Ash

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."

"I didn’t enjoy it as much as previous stays. The two women on reception when I arrived were great. The guy who made my tea on day 2 didn’t seem to know what he was doing, couldn’t find the milk and made the worst tea ever, which I paid for. That morning I felt hassled 6 times by other staff when I’d booked an extra night. I had to keep explaining and in the end went to reception. First the guy knocked 4 times and then a woman asking the same thing. Previously, it was better. "

"Beautiful hotel in great, safe location around the corner from Tower Bridge. Only 10 minutes walk to London Bridge rail station and bus stop across the street for easy transport options. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and small grocery stores within a block or two. The room was a good size with spacious modern bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable and room was quiet. Amenities included a super mini mini fridge, bathrobes, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer and closet with a safe. Would definitely...

"We stayed at The Lalit over the May Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel and location were 1st class. The staff were friendly and professional. Proximity to London Bridge Station meant London was very easily accessible by Underground. Location by Tower Bridge is ideal for walks along the river to see the sights. We has a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend The Lalit. "
