"Wonderful place, staff excellent."

"The Derby is a boutique hotel with high end decor and finishings. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to have our room ready prior to the standard check in time. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room size was smaller than I expected for a King Suite. The small window and slanted ceilings made it seem even smaller. A bench or luggage rack would’ve been helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 4 years and had a really disappointing stay during my most recent trip. I’m not sure if there has been a management change within the last 10 months, but I found the staff far less friendly overall throughout the check-in/out process, and unbelievably rude in the restaurants located in the hotel. Although the rooms are still nice and the location is very convenient the experiences with staff within the hotel will probably deter me from staying here...

"Kein Föhn, Handtücher Toilettenpapier etc. Nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück war leider alles andere als Britisches Frühstück, es gab nur Toast Brot mit Käse Aufschnitt und schinken. Leider wurde uns aufgrund fehlender Informationen in deren System das Frühstück verwehrt. Einzig positive war die Anbindung und die guten ÖVP Möglichkeiten."

"Our experience at the Limehouse Library was fantastic. It's even better in person. Each room is designed after a person. We (three women) got the family suite and ours was after a Turkish doctor, Dr. Türkan Saylan. The suite felt like a mini apartment and was spacious, well designed, and overall a fun/quirky place to stay. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in London. Oh! And all the staff was so helpful and kind. They helped carry our luggage up and down. Wanted to highlight the rooftop...

"Fornøyd med hotellet, men litt skuffet over brannalarm som gikk 2 morninger på rad. Litt spesiel baderomsløsning, men ellers var rommet helt supert. Veldig god frokost! Hotellet hadde gåavstand til veldig mange severdigheter."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "It was very clean, staffs very helpful and it was close to everywhere and tube station just a walking distance but if there is no sign of the hotel it will be a little bit confusing, waterloo station is very nearby and could be reached by walking and there are plenty of restaurant and we could walk to london eye and under the bridge which an iconic famous graffiti"
