"Front desk staff was very friendly, but the front automatic door wasn't working when I arrived, there were a lot of things under going renovations, dollys and tables in the hallway as well as a strong chemical smell! The pool was closed and not 1 ice bucket in the whole hotel. No soap in the room either. Disappointing!"
