"The outside premises were nice and the checkout area was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious and had options. However, the suite for my family was not so great. The TVs weren’t working, one of the toilet didn’t flush properly and the wifi was choppy. The price I paid for one night‘s stay wasn’t worth it. Would not stay here again!"

"The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again."

"My family and I stayed for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th. Very disappointed with our stayed. The main reason was because when I let the front desk lady know that our toilet was clogged, she was just texting on the phone and didnt even look at me. I keep telling her what our room number was to make sure, but she still keep looking at her phone texting. My wife asked if she heard what the room number was and she replied " yes loud and clear ". This was around 11:30 am. When we came back at 10pm...

"Hotel is dated, but served its purpose. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed."

"Breakfast was delicious. The cook really takes pride in his work. Staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. The female bartender was so pleasant treated us beautifully! However the condition of the room could have been better and some updates are needed to furniture."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conviently located to BWI airport, restaurants, shopping mall and a casino. The staff was professional and courtesy. The hotel is nice and has a great ambiance. The room was very clean! I will stay again."

"Our stay was great. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was Saturday night when we returned there was nowhere to park due to spots being blocked off. Over all it was a great stay though and we will be back again."
