"Good location. Very good amenities including the restaurant bar and shuttle. Front desk staff were very nice and responsive."

"The staff were very quick and efficient being that we had a reservation online. The room was clean, and we weren’t bothered during our stay. Breakfast was included. The AC would turn off at random times."

"The staff (and other guests) are friendly. The a ckmdayiobs are well thought out for bringing your pets. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot coffee available all the time. The breakfast is modest but has everything we needed. Thouroughly enjoyed our second stay here."

"This hotel was way more than I expected it to be. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful with what we needed. It was in a great location l. Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay."

"A very convenient location and good price for staying before or after a flight out of Baltimore Washington Airport. Very clean, but the overall appearance was dated or older. They may be in the midst of redecorating. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. An excellent place to leave my car. They were very prompt picking us up with the shuttle when we called them... less than 15 mintues!"

"Friendly and helpful staff! The room where my family stayed had a weird smell (18th floor) pillows are too puffy and uncomfortable, comforter filling are coming off, waking up with some tiny feather/cottons all over the bed."
