"This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The free breakfast was nothing more than a bagel a few boiled eggs. There was no condiments for the bagels and things were not replenished even for the following day. There was great space for laundry but soap was unavailable. There were no soap for dishwashing or use of the dishwasher. Management needs to ensure that the hotel is prepared with things knowing that it was a sold out weekend. Do not expect there to be any type of...

"Firstly said there is breakfast there is not. Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. Area around hotel had things to do but could be seedy at night. Lots of drugs. Working people are nice in Kokomo but the area has its issues "

"Breakfast was good overall ok stay however the property is in need of upgrades. My room had a septic smell, I stayed here for 3 nights and moved next door to a newer different property and slept much better in a newer cleaner property that offered laundry."

"I would have to say, the bed is one of the comfiest ive ever slept in for a hotel bed. Staff was friendly. I did notice some of the fixtures in the bathroom seemed to be loose/not fixed to the wall/door properly or all the way. There was a scuff mark on the wall bad enough the paint was scuffed off. And there apoeared to be water damage to the ceiling above the tube. Everything i noticed was pretty minor and my overall stay was nice. 10/10 will stay again."

"Our first room had an oily floor and mold in the bath tub. The second room was a bit better but was very worn. The staff were great. The got us the second room right away. Very helpful."
