"We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. "Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly.
