"This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. "The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! "We’ve stayed at various hotels in Memphis over the past 35 years, and this was our very favorite! The room was awesome, had a bay window that looked over the street and windows down the entry that let in a lot of light. The bathroom was large, well-appointed, and the shower was a great larger size with a great showerhead. The bed was comfortable as well. We’ve stayed at the Peabody even, and this was better!
