The last day there was no hot water for showers. The elevators shook and made a lot of noise. The valet staff were great and very attentive."

"I was a little apprehensive when I read a review (after I had booked) about a complain that the hotel was outdated and dingy. I didn't find that to be the case. The minute I pulled up to the curb - Deadrick took care of me and by the time I made it to the front desk, Ebony had my stuff all ready to go. The room was nice and clean. No complaints here. It was a great stay, would stay again. "
