Hotel dekat Cannon Center for Performing Arts

"This is a 5 Star hotel! Great location, huge room, secure, covered parking. located a couple blocks from downtown, this hotel is perfect. Clean, safe, staff communication amazing. our 2nd time staying here in 2 years. next time in Memphis, we will stay again. thank you @the stallion!"

"The room was fantastic. Loved the porch and the fun view of everything. Bed was super comfy and the shower was the best I’ve ever been in…."

"The valet people was awesome. One of the assistant managers went way out of her way to help me with my EV parking and charging."

"Location"

"Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Elevator in poor condition button on floor. Had to use the stairs on one occasion, poorly maintained. No breakfast at all. Would not stay here again."

"Good"

"The parking situation is a nightmare. Check in is at 3 and we got there at 3:30 and they didn’t have a room ready. When we got to the room it wasn’t what we booked (premium king). When I spoke to the front desk about the room issue, they said to take it up with Expedia. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the air wouldn’t cool."

"We enjoyed are stay at the guesthouse. It had very comfortable beds and was very quiet. The only thing we didnt like was the room was too warm for us, it was 75 degrees when we first got there, but after a few hours it got comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The shuttle rides to and from the mansion and museums were very convenient. We had a nice time and enjoyed seeing the life that elvis led."
