Area around hotel unsafe, dangerous, do not walk anywhere alone, deserted areas, almost dystopian it was so empty but also appears to be unsafe. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of the whole area. Went to Graceland the next day and was a sad experience. Such a shame to see Memphis has degenerated so much. "

"Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. "

"I did like this place, just a little upset you could only get water from the water fountain or restaurant/bar which is only open from 5pm-10pm with limited/bar food. Can supply water for guests i think would be considerate."
